Joe Maloney is the Executive Chef of the Carriage House Restaurant. Joe has over 20 years experience as an Executive Chef. He has gained culinary expertise from noted establishments such as The Everglades Club in Palm Beach, Florida; The Coral Ridge Yacht Club in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida; and the Bald Peak Colony Club on Lake Winnipesaukee, New Hampshire.
Joe holds his Certification as an Executive Chef through the American Culinary Federation (ACF). He credits much of his continuing success and professional growth to the local ACF chapter, where he has the opportunity to network with local culinarians, and to the Culinary Institute of America, where he regularly attends professional development classes.
Joe has received silver medals twice in ACF culinary competitions and he is a past recipient of the prestigious “Chef of the Year” award given through The American Culinary Federation.
