Marie Thelusma-Chase, President-CEO of Boxwood Development Services LLC, is a mission-driven consultant for non-profit agencies that build communities. She has proficiency or expertise in several areas:
- Develop outcome-based database applications for nonprofit agencies;
- A lead consultant in outcome measurement trainings for more than 100 New Jersey / New York
non-profits;
- Provide capacity building support to Union County Youth Service Commission’s twenty-one
grant awarded organizations; and
- Raise more than $1 million for new community programs. Awards include the Supplemental
Education Services grant for low performing school districts, Justice Juvenile Commission, and AmeriCorps.
Marie comes from the information technology field with ten years of experience in creating database software and Web-based applications. As a graduate of New Jersey Institute of Technology’s Computer Science B.S. program, she has continued her education at Stevens Institute of Technology’s masters program in Information Technology.
