Wendy is a national leader at helping foundations and their grantees clarify and increase the results they achieve. She brings a deep knowledge of organizational change, outcomes, and information systems to all assignments and is comfortable with large, mid-size, and small corporate, private, family, and community foundations. Her clients include the Altman, Verizon, and Citi Group Foundations as well as the Tow Foundation, Houston Endowment, and The Altria Group’s corporate contributions.
Over the last 25 years, Wendy’s skills have been honed in leadership roles at MTV Networks, The Rensselaerville Institute, and through other consulting work. Her successful practice in mentoring and coaching has led to co-authorship of the book, ‘Live a Life You Love and Make a Living Doing It’.
Wendy has a specialty in government grant-making and is expert at looking at private public initiatives as well as collaborative investments among foundations. Often within a foundation’s capacity building program, Wendy works with non-profit organizations to achieve higher results. In all cases, her clients speak to the specific increases in achievement that her consulting and partnership roles make possible.
Among her national positions, Wendy was chosen as the lead person in a strategic alliance between The Rensselaerville Institute and MicroEdge® to introduce and shape outcome tools in the MicroEdge® grants administration software, used by over 80% of foundations in the U.S. and Europe. She works with other information systems as well to help foundations and the non-profits in whom they invest to define, track, verify, and report the extent to which services and programs tangibly improve human lives and conditions.
