The Rensselaerville Institute home office is located on Huyck Road, Rensselaerville, NY approximately 29 miles southwest of Albany, New York, in the rolling and forested Helderberg Mountains.

Framed on the south by the Catskill Mountains, on the east by the Berkshire Mountains and the north by the Adirondack Mountains, the campus is 1800 feet above sea level and overlooks the historic hamlet of Rensselaerville, which is filled with 18th and 19th century houses, churches, the Palmer House Restaurant, the Village Library and The Way-Out gallery devoted to local artists.

Albany is accessible by air, rail and bus.
US Airways, Southwest, American, and United Airlines, as well as a number of "commuter airlines," arrive and depart from the Albany International Airport.
The Greyhound and Trailways terminal is located in downtown Albany.
Amtrak has rail service to Hudson, Albany/Rensselaer (NOT Rensselaerville) and Schenectady - all about 40 minutes by car from The Institute.

We can arrange for limousine service, if requested, in advance of your arrival. Contact The Rensselaerville Institute Meeting Center for information 518-797-5100 or 800-682-9857.

We are open year round and enjoy having visitors to both the meeting center and to our offices, which are located in the Guggenheim Pavilion in the center of the Institute’s campus.  We have plenty of parking and encourage all visitors to tour the 2000 acre Huyck Wilderness Preserve, which surrounds us and gives us another reason to use our muddy boots.
