Tamara Chalvire, Chief Operating Officer

As the Chief Operating Officer of The Rensselaerville Institute (TRI), Tamara brings over a decade of experience in strategic leadership and a sense of direction to a team of managers and educators.. She has knowledge working with City, Federal, and private donors within the fields of Child Welfare, Youth and Community Development. Throughout her career, she has  provided youth with the skills needed to successfully navigate primary education, get them through college and provide them with the opportunity to be prepared for the world of work through meaningful experiences. Tamara's goal is to continue improving the lives of others; one community at a time.  

Billie-Jo Slingerland, Director The Center for Results Leadership

Billie-Jo has been supporting the people and programs of The Rensselaerville Institute since 2006. Her robust skillset and results driven leadership has attributed to countless successes over her tenure. As the Director of Program Operations she maintained the website and provided strategic support for all TRI programs. Billie-Jo will now lead The Center for Results Leadership as its first Director.

Goldin Martinez, Manager of Marketing & Special Projects/ Special Advisor to the President

Goldin brings to TRI over ten years of award-winning experience in creating community engagement programs and strategic partnerships for schools, nonprofits and corporations on a national level. Since 2009, Goldin has helped build educational programs & initiatives that concentrate on health and education for over 350 schools and over 150 nonprofit organizations nationwide and has helped formulate the key partnerships necessary, with stakeholders such as healthcare companies, professional sports teams and local business owners who truly care about community activations, to help fund the creation of these programs. In 2014, Goldin was named New Yorker of the Week by NY1 News Channel and Millennial of the Year by Ford Motor Company for his work with
