Gillian Williams to Keynote at 4th Annual Hawaii School Empowerment Conference
In education no change ever came about because of a plan, mandate, policy, funding stream, or good idea. Instead, change happens because people make it happen. Turnaround leaders drive change through their own personal behaviors and by focusing on results.
Next January 20, 2018, TRI President Gillian Williams will be a keynote speaker at the 4th Annual Hawaii School Empowerment Conference. She will discuss what leaders can do at the superintendent, principal, teacher, and community level who see an urgent need for change and want to do something about it quickly.
The Rensselaerville Institute has partnered with Hawaii public schools on student achievement since 2006. Together they’ve turned around 30 schools across the state.
