Bryishun Pernell launched the Bounce Buddies Basketball Training Initiative in Montgomery, Alabama to serve children with autism ages 7–10. The program set clear, measurable goals to strengthen motor coordination, social confidence, and basketball fundamentals.

Through structured instruction and ongoing progress tracking, participants demonstrated documented skill gains. The results-driven approach met its targets and generated strong community demand, including a waitlist and partnerships to support future growth.
